HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Advance preparation of new projects.
    • Compile a list of historical issues and apply relevant lessons to new projects.
    • Assess the quality cost & risks of new projects.
  • Advance quality planning and implementation.
    • Responsible for the early quality planning of new projects, ensure the timely submission of PLUS quality documents and samples at all stages and complete related work,
    • Participate in the review of customer PPAP data.
    • Develop and implement control plans at all stages, measurement system and process capability analysis plans to ensure product quality is under control.
    • Collect, analyze and deal with the problems of each manufacturing node in a timely manner to respond to customer requirements, avoid potential quality risks in the process of internal control, and ensure the delivery of qualified products to customers.
    • Responsible for collecting samples or limit samples and obtaining customer approval (if necessary), maintaining appearance samples, establishing defect manuals, training qualified appearance evaluation personnel.
    • Responsible for the fine process issuance and review of product approval and start-up stage, participate in the fine process issuance and review of engineering sample manufacturing stage.
    • Responsible for new product process issuance review, tracking the completion of improvement measures.
    • Improve the methods and means of product sample review and constantly improve the detection ability of new product defects.
    • Summarize potential product safety issues and track the closure of issues.
    • Establish databases for design failure mode analysis and process failure mode analysis.
    • Work with product engineers and manufacturing engineers to define the requirements of the fixture, verify the fixture and communicate with customers to ensure that OTS, PPAP samples and documents submitted to customers meet the requirements.
    • Responsible for the quotation of new project fixtures.
    • Responsible for inspection scheme review, drawing review, and follow up supplier's inspection production according to project schedule requirements; According to the requirements, the size of the gage recheck operation, complete the final acceptance of the gage; And collect all gage drawings.
    • Develop inspection and control documents for product quality in the new project phase, guide inspectors to carry out incoming inspection and finished product audit
  • Manufacturing process quality management
    • Train and manage the customer field service team and develop the quick response process of customer field service.
    • Customer 0KM, preliminary analysis of three package problems, implementation of containment measures, internal feedback on problems.
    • Make good on-site service records, provide timely feedback on customer complaints, needs and expectations.
    • Regular survey of customer satisfaction and promote the improvement of related issues.
    • Responsible for customer 8D submission, closure and storage.
    • Track the effect of problem improvement on the customer site.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES 
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Material engineering, or a related field
  • Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5 quality system knowledge.
  • Familiar with five tools of automotive industry and common quality tools.
  • Familiar with lamp products and process knowledge.
  • Proficient in common office software and AUTOCAD.
  • Familiar with tolerances and fits (GD&T).
  • Good communication and presentation skills
