HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Develop and adjust procurement strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the company's business based on strategic planning.
  • Lead and establish a sustainable and market-competitive supply chain according to the company's strategic plan.
  • Responsible for establishing the cost accounting template for key externally purchased products of the company and continuously optimizing it based on market conditions.
  • Responsible for all project products, equipment, tools, molds, logistics, testing, etc. according to the project schedule, as well as the procurement and order tracking of samples and tools for new projects.
  • Responsible for all non-productive inquiry, negotiation and procurement tracking of all spare parts, labor protection, office supplies, various consumable maintenance, hardware and software, etc., according to the production and development needs of the company.
  • Responsible for formulating the annual price reduction (LTA) targets for suppliers, developing reduction plans based on actual circumstances, and supervising the completion of these targets.
  • Develop supplier strategy and tactics according to the company's business development and supervise the implementation.
  • Organize relevant departments to conduct monthly assessment of qualified suppliers and annual assessment of suppliers with poor assessment to supervise their rectification effect and take corresponding countermeasures.
  • Coordinate and solve various problems with suppliers while maintaining a good relationship between the company and them.
  • Manage suppliers by classification, complete key strategic supplier negotiations, and continuously optimize and integrate supplier supporting system.
  • Responsible for the development of purchasing department's performance objectives and strategic objectives and leading the implementation to ensure its completion.
  • Support project team to improve project profitability through global sourcing, long term price reduction and supplier VAVE.
  • Responsible for promoting the optimization and improvement of the purchasing department's organizational structure.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics/Business Administration / Product / finance or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in purchasing and/or related fields,
  • 5+ years of management experience,
  • Must have manufacturing enterprise experience, automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organization, coordination, communication skills and negotiation ability with suppliers.
  • Proficient in the basic methods and strategies of procurement work, and able to provide constructive suggestions related to procurement.
  • Familiar with cost analysis of all kinds of tools and methods, to guide the team for the cost of rapid analysis and calculation.
  • Familiar with various tools and methods of cost analysis, able to guide the team in quick cost analysis and accounting.
